Loans up to $2 million

Loans between $50,000 and $2 million.  Properties must appraise for at least $75,000.

Residential Real Estate

Single family homes, townhouses, warrantable and non-warrantable condos, 2-4 units, and 5-8 units.

CREDIT SCORE
680 Min FICO Score

Borrower must have a minimum middle FICO score of 680. Foreign nationals qualify on exception.

BORROWER TYPE
Individual or Entity

Properties can be purchased in your name or through an LLC, Corporation or Trust.

How It Works

Start by becoming familiar with our loan program and getting pre-approved for financing.  A loan specialist is happy to answer any questions you have by calling (800) 547-9080.

Once you've identified a property and have it under contract, submit a loan application along with a copy of the sales contract and lease (if leased).  

We then calculate a few loan options for you based on the property's income potential and expenses: monthly rent, property taxes, hazard insurance and HOA/condo dues.

After you select a loan option and approve the terms, we begin processing your application with the goal to close within 30 days.
